You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a licence to store and process your CV data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Modern CV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your CV data within 30 days, subject to our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
