Uploaded CV Files

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you start checkout, we create or update a Stripe customer record and may share relevant identifiers and metadata required to process subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and maintain internal records.

Your account email may be used as the initial billing contact email unless you provide a different email during payment or account updates.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage technologies (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) to maintain authentication state, preserve service functionality, and support analytics and attribution.

If you use our service without creating an account, your CV data is stored locally in your browser and is not saved to our servers until you create an account.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database storage and user authentication.
• Stripe: Subscription billing and customer payment processing.
• PostHog and Vercel Analytics: Product analytics and conversion measurement.
• Google Ads tools: Ad attribution and conversion reporting where applicable.
• OpenAI (AI SDK integration): AI-powered parsing and text-assistance features when these features are used.
• PDF Generation: PDFs are generated on our servers using your CV data.

These providers process personal data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies, and where applicable, under data processing agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your CV data at any time
• Edit or update your CV information
• Delete your CV data and account
• Export your CV data

Data Retention

We retain your CV data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your CV data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where this applies, we use appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
